Over our many years of trading we have negotiated a wide range of schemes and arrangements with the UK’s leading insurers and underwriting agents, to ensure that our clients receive the widest policy cover at the most competitive price.
What sets us apart from our competition is our innovative approach, attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. We continue to strive to deliver exceptional results for our clients
Our philosophy is simple, we talk to our clients not at them, we listen, we observe, we take on board and we act.
Our expertise in the insurance industry ensures that we remain the number one choice for our many clients.
Why Use a Broker?
Competition these days seems to come at us from all angles. You can buy insurance online, over the telephone, whilst buying stamps, even when you are shopping for your weekly groceries. Advertising seems to have convinced most people that they are “experts” in arranging their insurance and that they save a small fortune if they cut out the middleman.
We all get bombarded with invites to “compare this” and “switch that”.
Most of this so-called competition competes on one front and one front only… price.
We feel we are different to a lot of our competitors. For a start we are human and not an automated quote system. We have many years of experience in dealing with Insurance Companies. We get to know our clients and make sure we understand what they need. We have access to different policies with different insurers to suit different requirements or different budgets
Next time you think you have a quotation that is cheaper than that on offer from your broker it may be worth making a true comparison, rather than just looking at the price.
What we can do for you
Before deciding where you take out your next insurance policy please consider the following questions. Does your current provider…
- Take the time to contact you prior to renewal to discuss your needs and requirements for the next 12 months?
- Undertake a full review of your insurance needs?
- Look at all the markets available to them?
- Offer impartial advice, independent advice?
- Accommodate changes in your needs?
- Support you through the life of your time as a client with us from the quote stage right through to the settlement of claims?
You should be answering yes to all these questions, if not it’s time you talked to us.

FAQs
Liability
What is public liability insurance?
If your business causes an injury or property damage to a member of the public – that includes clients, suppliers, contractors or anybody else not employed by you – Public Liability Insurance will cover you for the resulting legal and compensation costs.
Motor Insurance
Am I covered for driving other cars?
The driving other cars extension on a motor policy will be clearly stated on your Certificate of Motor Insurance if you have the cover. It applies to the Policyholder only and will only relate to other private motor cars that are insured in their own right. The cover is usually Third Party Only.
What does a motor legal expenses policy cover?
If you’re involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault, motor legal insurance could help you with the losses that aren’t covered by your motor insurance policy. For instance, motor legal expenses insurance could:
Provide legal representation to help you and any passengers who have been injured;
Provide a replacement vehicle whilst yours is being repaired;
Recover lost earnings as a result of your vehicle being damaged;
Recover a policy excess if you have comprehensive motor insurance.
Have I earned any No Claim Discount if I have been driving a company car?
If you have been driving on a company car policy then you do not earn your own no claim discount but we will be happy to consider you for an introductory discount dependent on your driving history on the company policy.
Home Insurance
Are items replaced on a “New for Old?” basis?
Cover is provided on a new for old basis (except for clothing). Insurers may choose to settle by one of the following methods:
Replacing with new items;
Reinstating (restoring your insured items to the condition they were in before the loss, for example, by professionally cleaning soiled carpets);
Repairing;
Payment, so that you can choose your own replacements.
Am I covered for contents away from home?
If you would like to be covered away from home you will need to request personal belongings cover.
What is Accidental Damage Cover?
For buildings, “Accidental Damage” offers additional cover for your building. For example, putting your foot through the ceiling while in the loft.
For contents, this extends the “New for Old” to cover accidental damage to most contents. For example, spilling a glass of red wine on your carpet or sofa.
How much should I insure my buildings for?
Buildings insurance is based on the estimated cost of rebuilding your home if it is damaged. This amount will differ from the saleable value. If you are not sure of the rebuilding costs you can use the calculator found on our useful links page or click here (BCIS).
